SALESFORCE IS A MULTI TENANT ARCHITECTURE PAAS WITH SOFTWARE DELIVERED VIA THE INTERNET THROUGH A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE DELIVERY MODEL, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS SAAS. INCLUDED IN THE PAAS AND SAAS ARE SOFTWARE PATCHES, UPDATES, AND HELPDESK SUPPORT IN A FEDRAMP CERTIFIED GOVERNMENT CLOUD TO SUSTAIN VAS SALESFORCE APPLICATION SUITE.
